1 - I no longer want to use my coupon. What I can do?

If you wish to cancel your generated ExtraCoupon ™ coupons, you can do so from the transactions section, available from the main menu of your ExtraCoupon ™ mobile application, automatically the balance of the canceled coupons will be charged to your main ExtraCoupon ™ balance.

About purchases, coupons and payments

1 - How can I make a purchase?

Go to one of the closest branches of our affiliates (see Participating stores section from the main menu of your application.) When you know the total of your purchase you can generate a coupon for the same amount from the Redeem coupon section, at that time It will generate a QR / Bar code for you. Tell the cashier that you will pay with ExtraCoupon ™ and provide your generated code to validate your payment. You will instantly receive a notification indicating that your payment has been made successfully and the generated bonus will have been charged to your ExtraCoupon ™ main balance.

2 - How can I pay my balance?

You can pay your balance in two ways: 1) Going to one of our affiliate branches to pay the balance to your ExtraCoupon ™ account with your credit, debit or cash card. 2) Access the Pay balance section from your ExtraCoupon ™ mobile application, recharging with your credit or debit card. Access the Pay Balance section, visible in the main menu of your app or website, select the card payment option, select the amount of ExtraCoupon ™ to recharge or manually enter the desired amount. In case of having previously registered cards you can choose between any of these with which you want to make the payment, in the same way you have the option of registering a debit credit card at that time, after selecting the desired card you will be asked for your CVV If all your details are correct, you will be shown a confirmation message with the ExtraCoupon ™ balance recharged. Note: We only accept Visa and MasterCard cards. Refills through a commercial chain affiliated with ExtraCoupon ™. To make the payment directly at the point of sale of any of the commercial chains affiliated to ExtraCoupon ™, the previous generation of the recharge folio is required (see next question), go to one of the branches of one of our affiliates (see section Participating stores from the main menu of your application.), indicate to the cashier that you want to make an ExtraCoupon ™ recharge at that moment you will be asked to present the previously generated folio, the cashier will validate the amount of the same and will request the cash equivalent to the value of the generated folio plus the commission of the commercial chain for the service provided.

3 - How do I generate a coupon to pay for my purchases?

To generate this folio, go to the recharge balance section, choose the option to recharge with cash and select the amount of ExtraCoupon ™ to recharge or manually enter the desired amount, when you press continue, you will see a QR or barcode code You can save it directly to your gallery from your mobile application or you can generate a pdf file from the web application. To make use of the generated folio, go to one of the branches of one of our affiliates (see the Participating stores section from the main menu of your application.).

4 - How can I see my purchased coupons?

All your generated coupons will be available to you in the movements section, you can access it from the main menu of your ExtraCoupon ™ mobile application, remember that your coupons will be available to be exchanged 30 calendar days after their generation.

5 - I did not receive or cannot find a coupon in my account.

If you generated a coupon and it was not reflected in a maximum period of 5 minutes in your movements, you can contact us from your ExtraCoupon ™ mobile application in the help section, through the chat on the website www.extracoupon.com or contact the customer service number (55) 62714287, it will be a pleasure to help you.

6 - I could not use my coupon or it is about to expire.

Don't worry, your coupons are valid for 30 calendar days after they are generated, however, if they are not used, the full amount of the expired coupons is automatically returned to your ExtraCoupon main balance.

7 - I was charged the coupon amount more than once.

8 - What are the payment methods to buy a coupon?

You can make the payment online with a credit or debit card or go to a point of sale of one of our affiliates and make the payment in cash.

9 - Do coupons have a commission if I share them?

Indeed, if you want to share your ExtraCoupon ™ balance, a 2% commission is applied on national shipments.

About the use of my coupons

Sending coupons

1 - How to send a coupon with ExtraCoupon balance?
